Dina Mason
Office Manager/Chief Compliance Officer

Dina joined the firm in 2014 after working in public education for 28 years. She earned her B.S. in Elementary Education from Pan American University and a M.Ed. in Educational Administration from the University of Texas.

Rondalyn Fobb
Operations Manager

Rondalyn is the Operations Manager for Terry McDaniel & Company.    She joined the firm in 2019 and received her B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.  She brings 13 years of banking  industry experience to the firm.

Shannon Pitcher
Financial Manager

Shannon joined the firm in 2018.  She received a B.B.A from the University of Texas’ McCombs School of Business where she majored in Finance.  She brings over 20 years of broad industry experience and is responsible for the company’s accounting and finances.

Lily Matthews
Administrative Manager

Lily joined the firm in 2014 after working in the restaurant industry for five years. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Austin’s Le Cordon Bleu College in 2012 and was certified as a Patisserie Chef by the same institution in 2014. In 2022, she received her B.A.A.S. with an emphasis in Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University.
