Terry McDaniel, CFA - Portfolio
Manager/Senior Analyst
Terry McDaniel founded Terry McDaniel & Company
in 1985. He received his B.A. in History from Texas A&M University
in 1961 and served as an officer in the U.S. Army from 1961-1964. From
1964-1985 he was with Channing Company, Paine Webber, Spencer Trask &
Co., and Rotan Mosle. He is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society
of Austin, and the Investment Counsel Association of America. He also
serves on the Austin YMCA Board of Directors.

Jeff Lucado, CFA, CIC - Portfolio
Manager/Senior Analyst
Jeff Lucado manages the company's securities trading
and analyzes equity investments in the capital goods industry. He joined
the firm in 1992. He received his B.B.A. in 1981 from the University of
Texas and his M.B.A. in 1983 from the University of Texas McCombs School
of Business. Before joining Terry McDaniel & Company, he was with
Arthur Andersen Consulting, InterFirst Investment Management, NCNB Texas
Asset Management, and Team Bank. He is a member of the CFA Institute,
and is past-President of the CFA Society of Austin. Jeff also serves on
the Western Hills Little League Board of Directors and has coached numerous
Little League baseball and softball teams over the years.

Ken Turlington, CFA - Research Director/
Portfolio Manager
Ken Turlington oversees the company's
research operations, within which he closely follows the consumer and
financial industries. He joined the firm in 1999. He received his B.A.
in Economics from Duke University in 1984 and is a native of North Carolina.
From 1984 to 1999, he was with J. Lee Peeler, Paine Webber, Texas First
Securities, Ameritrust Texas Corporation, and the Texas Permanent School
Fund. He is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Austin,
and the Estate Planning Council of Central Texas. Ken also enjoys volunteering
for his church, children's school activities, youth sports, and his college
alumni club.

John McDaniel, CFA Senior
Analyst
John McDaniel is responsible for equity investments in the technology industry.
He joined the firm in 1998. He received a B.A. in Business from Austin College
in 1995 and a M.B.A. from the Lowry Mays School of Business at Texas A&M
University in 2000. From 1995 to 1998 he was with North Austin Medical Center
in the information technology area. He is a member of the CFA Institute
and the CFA Society of Austin and previously served on the San Juan Diego
Catholic High School Board of Directors where he was Chair of the Finance
Committee. John is also a member of the Board of Trustees at KMFA classical
radio.

Meredith McDaniel, CFA
Senior Analyst
Meredith McDaniel is responsible for selecting equity investments in the
healthcare industry. She joined the firm in 1998. She received a B.A. in
History with a minor in Chinese language from Georgetown University in 1996.
She also studied at Chinese University of Hong Kong, National Chengchi University,
and Peking University. She was awarded Georgetown University's China Studies
Fellowship in 1997. Prior to joining Terry McDaniel & Company, she interned
with Eagle Global Advisors. She is a member of the CFA Institute and the
CFA Society of Austin.

Kent Winegar, CFA Analyst
Kent Winegar is responsible for selecting equity investments in
the transportation and energy industries. He joined the firm in 2006. He
received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Columbia University in 1999, a
M.S. in Civil Engineering from UC-Berkeley in 2000, and his M.B.A. from
the University of Texas' McCombs School of Business in 2006. Prior to attending
McCombs, he was a structural engineer in the New York office of Weidlinger
Associates, Inc. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society
of Austin. |

Linda Stoeltje - Financial Manager
Linda Stoeltje handles all of the company's accounting and finances. She
joined the firm in 1994. From 1966-1994, she was with Suburban Trust Company,
Endicott Johnson Shoe Manufacturing Co., and the Mental Health Association
in Texas. |

Kay L. Bryan, CPS - Office Manager/Chief
Compliance Officer
Kay Bryan is the office manager and serves as the Chief Compliance Officer.
She joined Terry McDaniel & Company in 1996 after working for over 10
years as an executive assistant in Dallas, Texas. She is a Certified member
of the Capital Chapter of the International Association of Administrative
Professionals. Kay also serves as Vice President on her neighborhood association
Board of Directors and enjoys volunteer work for her church.

Diane Post - Investment Services
Manager
Diane Post manages client services for Terry McDaniel & Company and
has a background in trust law and estate planning. She joined the firm in
1999 after a 30-year career in the Trust Department with Bank of America.
She received her B.B.A. from Baylor University in 1968. She is a member
of the Estate Planning Council of Central Texas and serves on the Austin
Chamber Music Center's Advisory Council.

Debbie Sosebee - Operations Assistant
Debbie Sosebee is the firm's operations manager.
She joined the firm in 2002. From 1974 to 2002, she raised three children
and was an active school leader and volunteer.

Julie Campbell - Office Assistant
Julie Campbell is the firm's office assistant.
She joined Terry McDaniel & Company in 2007 after working as a jr.
web design assistant for Schlumberger in Houston, Texas. She teaches kindergym
classes at the YMCA and is also working toward an associate's degree in
Business at Austin Community College.
